Equal Parts
Creative + Organized

Founded in 2015, Capizzi Designs is an award-winning graphic design studio specializing in event and conference branding. I help organizations bring complex ideas to life through thoughtful, cohesive design—across every touchpoint, deadline, and deliverable.

Events are where my creativity and

my knack for organization intersect.

They demand fast thinking, clear systems, and designs that stay consistent across dozens (sometimes hundreds) of pieces—from save-the-dates and promotional graphics to onsite signage and materials throughout the venue. That challenge is exactly where I do my best work.

I'm your partner to help you stay on top of design deliverables, share insights, leverage a network of trusted vendors, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks. This means more time for you to focus on other aspects of the event.

I’m based in Washington, DC and understand how this it’s unique work climate.

Shifting priorities, wonky subject matters, and pivoting based on administration and policy changes just mean a normal day’s work.

When I asked a long-time client to describe me in 3 words, he responded:

“a deadline crusher.”

A successful project is more than creativity and color.
It requires a design partner who understands what it takes to reach the finish line.

Collaboration

I believe the best solutions are a result of combining your knowledge with my expertise to get results that speak to your audience.

Communication.

I want to know all about your project and the more I know about your organization the better.

Flexibility.

As much as I love a deadline and creating schedules, I get that priorities shift and things change. I’ll work through the unknowns to get your project over the finish line.

Organization

My goal is to my your job easier with a headache-free process, thinking ahead to avoid roadblocks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

My creativity and focus are fueled by my desire to find inspiration all around me. Each spring I’m eager to improve my garden (and accept any and all compliments from my neighbors), l look for street art wherever I travel (don’t be surprised to find me working in another time zone), and I enjoy getting creative in the kitchen (recipes are recommendations, right?).

I’ve also taken some opportunities to spread my love of design by teaching a university design class and volunteering in the Dominican Republic.

What my clients are saying
